Role:  Lead Designer

I joined Lunchtime as their Multiplayer Designer, but was soon promoted to Lead Designer while working directly with Dan Higgins (Game Industry Vet and Lunchtime Studios Owner).

In this role I participated in executive meetings, drafted proposals for prospective features, finalized design decisions into specifications for implementation, and took on multiplayer balancing.

Highlights:

  • Worked directly with CEO to establish product vision.
  • Mentored Junior Designers.
