Role: Lead Designer
Working with Lunchtime was extremely positive and recharged my love of iteration. The team is enthusiastic and led by industry vets and professionals. I joined Lunchtime as their Multiplayer Designer, but was soon promoted to Lead Designer.
In this role I participated in executive meetings, drafted proposals for prospective features, finalized design decisions into specifications for implementation, and took on multiplayer balancing.
- Worked directly with CEO to establish product vision.
- Mentored Junior Designers.
